1. Who we are
Trust Tickets is a ticketing platform that lets organisers create and sell tickets to events, and lets customers buy them. By using Trust Tickets you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Organiser accounts can list events; customer accounts can buy tickets.
3. Buying tickets
A confirmed ticket entitles the holder to attend the event described. The organiser — not Trust Tickets — is the seller and is responsible for delivering the event. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed on the event page.
4. Hosting events
Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, for honouring sold tickets, for complying with all local laws (including tax, health and safety) and for handling attendee questions. Trust Tickets may remove listings that violate these terms.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled by the organiser through the Trust Tickets dashboard. If an event is cancelled, organisers are expected to refund attendees promptly. See our Support page for the full refund policy.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Trust Tickets to sell counterfeit, illegal or fraudulent goods, to scalp tickets in violation of local laws, to harass other users, or to attack or interfere with the platform.
7. Liability
Trust Tickets provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for the actions of organisers, the quality of any event, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
