What we collect
Account info (email, display name, role), event and ticket data you create or buy, and basic technical data (device, IP, referrer) needed to operate and secure the service. If an organiser adds custom registration questions to an event, we store the answers you provide at checkout.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver tickets, show organisers who bought their tickets, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide analytics to organisers about their own events. We do not sell your personal data.
Who sees your data
Organisers see the tickets sold for their events, including the buyer's email and any answers to their custom questions. Trust Tickets staff may access data as strictly needed to operate the service and respond to support requests.
Tracking pixels
Organisers can install their own Facebook, Google Analytics or TikTok pixels on their event pages. When you visit those pages the corresponding scripts run and share visit and purchase data with those providers under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time. Contact us via the Support page.
Data retention
We keep account and ticket data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
