Refund policy

Refunds on Trust Tickets are issued by the event organiser, not by Trust Tickets. Organisers can refund any ticket at any time from the event's analytics page. When they do, the ticket is voided and can no longer be used to check in.

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, organisers are expected to refund every affected ticket promptly.
  • If an event happens as advertised, refunds are at the organiser's discretion — check the event page for their specific policy.
  • Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Free tickets can be released back to the organiser by asking on their event page — no payment is involved.

Where are my tickets?

Sign in and open My tickets. Each ticket has a QR code to show at the door.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — the QR code on screen works. If you'd rather print, take a screenshot first.

How do I host an event?

Create an organiser account, then head to your dashboard and hit Host event. You can save as a draft and publish when you're ready.
